Now that the US is a first to file country, what does that mean for patent process. Speed is critical now but are inventors able to file quickly. My experience is know. Most inventors were taking all the time they could to file before, so how do inventors and companies speed that up now., There are some software tools out there to build quick provisional applications, so maybe those will be the answer. Maybe law firms will change the way they do business to help focus on speed?
